Secure Message Community

Request a Community activation code for a single domain and one administrator. The license is node-locked to the appliance you install — you receive the code; you apply the key after the gateway shows its node ID.

Request a Community activation code

Tell us who you are and we'll email your activation code. The license is node-locked: the key is generated when you activate, because each key is locked to the appliance it runs on.

How activation works

  1. You get an activation code. We email it as soon as you submit this form.
  2. Install the gateway. During setup the appliance shows its node ID.
  3. Activate. Enter the code plus that node ID on the activation page and we issue your license key.

Your license key is tied to the appliance it runs on, so it can only be generated after you install — that's why step 1 sends a code rather than the key itself.

Need more than one domain?

Community covers a single domain. Compare paid plans — Professional adds the portal, ClamAV, and recipient verification. Enterprise adds Autopilot, eDiscovery, and DLP.

Evaluate on your MX host
